Cineca provides assistance to the users with different access methods:
High Performance Computing
Cineca's technical scientific staff supports users in the use of the supercomputing systems and in the optimisation of codes. Through the UserDB all users have access to information on their projects, and are kept up to date via a dedicated mailing list (Get in touch). The documentation for old and new users is available on the portal (Getting Started; Documentation) and support is guaranteed by the Help Desk. service. More information is available on the HPC portal, in the user support section.
Services for university administrations
The staff supports university administrations in the initial stages of customising the system; in corrective maintenance; updating systems. Customer Portal gives access to the help desk service for most of the services. To access the Customer Portal it is necessary to have the access credentials: user and password must be specifically requested to the Cineca support group.
Services for the Miur
Support for users of the services provided for the Ministry of Education, University and Research is accessible through the reserved areas of the services.
