From November 13 to 18, the International Conference for High Performance Computing, Networking, Storage, and Analysis (SC2022), the world's most important event on high-performance computing technologies, will be held in Dallas Supercomputing 2022.

After two years, Cineca is back in attendance at the event with a booth where it will present the new European supercomputer Leonardo, the projects implemented over the past year, and the strategy for upcoming infrastructure upgrades.

On Tuesday, Nov. 15, at 2 p.m. and Wednesday, Nov. 16, at 12:30 p.m., Claudio Domenico Arlandini, project manager, and Daniele Cesarini project manager and HPC technology specialist, will give two presentations dedicated specifically to the Leonardo supercomputer at the Cineca booth (#631). The architecture of the new EuroHPC JU machine, which has just opened the Leonardo Early Access Program, an early access call to the supercomputer resources during the pre-production phase, will be presented in detail.

On Nov. 16 from 5:15 to 6:45 p.m. and Nov. 17 from 11 a.m. at the Prace booth (#2033), Mirko Cestari will present the strategy behind the Fenix infrastructure.

Moreover, Cineca colleagues Daniela Galetti, Head of HPC systems management group, Gabriella Scipione, Head of data management and analytics area, Claudio Domenico Arlandini, Project manager, Daniele Cesarini, Project manager & HPC technology specialist, Fabio Affinito, HPC High level support team coordinator, will be present to answer questions and discuss the future of technology.

The conference will also be attended by Francesco Ubertini, president of Cineca and Sanzio Bassini, director Supercomputing Application and Innovation department.
