Workshop “HPC for Proteomics” and RNBIO Advanced Training Course “Bioinformatics for Proteomics”
The
workshop "HPC for Proteomics" will take place at CINECA on Monday, December 12th 2011 and will introduce the Advanced Training Course "Bioinformatics for Proteomics", organized by the Italian Network for
Oncology Bioinformatics (RNBIO), scheduled at CINECA on December 13th and 14th 2011.
The workshop will gather experts of computer simulations in the field of life science: the speakers will describe how to address proteomics problems with High Performance Computing (HPC) techniques, focusing in particular on the services available for CINECA HPC users.
In the following two days, the RNBIO training course will aim to improve the knowledge of the participants on technologies and bioinformatics tools available for the analysis of proteomic experimental data.
