How to reach Cineca from the central station of Bologna
Once you have reached the central station of Bologna, you can proceed by taxi, which will take around 20 or 30 minutes.
Or you can reach Cineca on the Suburban line (direction Bazzano), which leaves at 15 minutes past each hour from platform 7 Ovest (West).
The ticket is a normal ATC (Bologna Public Transport Agency) hourly ticket which can also be purchased at the platform.
Ceretolo is the stop closest to Cineca (the next stop is Casalecchio Garibaldi). When you come out of the station, turn left on Via del Lavoro and go about 500 metres. The first street on the left after the first railway bridge is Via Magnanelli.
